Easy Beef and Broccoli### Ingredients

  • 1 pound of flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the sliced flank steak. In a bowl, toss the beef with cornstarch, a bit of soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the sauce.
